Learn how to make a variety of appetizers for your holiday parties with Chef Black in David LeClaire’s kitchen (Seattle Uncorked Founder) in the Maple Leaf neighborhood.  This is hands on cooking class – participation in the kitchen is mandatory!  Includes food and wine. This intimate and casual class is limited to 12 people.  Directions given after sign-up.

Meet Your Maker – Distillery Series

Join the newest happy hour series which brings you cup to cup with some local favorites. During the series you’ll able to sip and mingle with a local winemakers or distillers for an hour and try their wines and spirits, which will be perfectly paired with bites from the tasting rooms or local purveyors.

If you prefer the spirits we have the second series focused on you! Enjoy 6 the weeks of “Meet your Distiller” which puts you shot for shot next to the local distillers and owners to ask your questions and taste the local spirits.

The series culminates with the Meet Your Maker Finale Event featuring an array of local craft distilleries in a night of tasting and enjoyment at Wine World on January 27th from 2-5 pm.
